  • Are you an original manufacture or trading company？

    Yes, we HECHA are an official manufacturer of material handling of forklifts and warehouse equipment in China.

  • What the Certificate do you have?

    HECHA Products meet the ISO9001 Quality System. All of our products have a CE certificate. If needed, EPA approval is available.

  • What products can you offer?

    We focus on Forklifts and warehouse equipment, including Diesel, LPG, electric, and rough terrain forklifts.

  • Can you customize and design to the clients' requirements?

    HECHA will try to meet all kinds of clients' special requirements. For new products that have not been introduced into the market yet, our technical team can help the clients. All kinds of attachments, such as roll paper clamps, side shifters, and so on, can be available.

  • What the payment terms do you accept?

    Normally, we accept a 30% deposit, a 70% balance before delivery or LC at sight, or a 70% balance upon BL COPY. 

  • How long is the warranty of your products?

    All of products are with 1 year / 2000 working  hours subject to the first.

  • How about the delivery time?

    If clients need normal products, we will deliver the products within 25 days. If clients need customized products, the delivery date depends on the requirements.

  • What about the Minimum Order Quantity?

    The MOQ is 1 pcs.
